Cancellation Policy – Qinwan Hotel & Suites

At Qinwan Hotel & Suites, all bookings are subject to the following strict cancellation and deposit policy. By confirming a reservation with us, guests agree to the terms outlined below.

No Cancellation / No Refund Policy

• All reservations are final and non-refundable.
• In the event of a cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
• This policy applies to all booking channels, including direct bookings and third-party platforms.

Mandatory Security Deposit

• A security deposit of PKR 5,000 is required at the time of check-in.
• This deposit is refundable at check-out, provided there is:
  • No damage to the room or hotel property
  • No violation of hotel policies
  • No outstanding dues (e.g., late check-out, extra services)
• The deposit can be paid in cash or via a pre-authorized card hold.

Important Notes

• Guests are advised to review their travel plans carefully before booking.
• In case of special circumstances, any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of hotel management and must be requested in writing.
• The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in if the deposit is not provided.
