1. Our Commitment

Qinwan Hotel & Suites provides a safe, hygienic and supportive environment for guests, staff and visitors in line with local regulations and international best practices.

2. Hygiene & Sanitation

  • Rooms and public areas are cleaned with approved disinfectants.
  • High-touch points are disinfected multiple times daily.
  • Laundry and linens are handled to avoid cross-contamination.
  • Hand sanitizer is available at reception and key points.

3. First Aid & Medical Help

  • At least one first-aid trained team member is on duty.
  • First-aid kits are available at reception and with supervisors.
  • In emergencies we coordinate with local medical services and, if needed, ambulance and emergency contacts.
  • Basic over-the-counter support may be provided where legally permitted.

4. Infectious Diseases

We follow guidance from health authorities and the WHO.

  • Isolation and precautionary measures if symptoms appear
  • Mask use in confined areas when advised
  • Enhanced cleaning of affected rooms and spaces

5. Allergies & Sensitivities

  • Allergen-friendly bedding and fragrance-reduced cleaning on request
  • Dining team handles disclosed food allergies with care
  • Please inform us in advance about dietary needs or environmental sensitivities.

6. Smoking & Air Quality

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel.
  • Violations may incur a deep-cleaning fee.

7. Water & Waste

  • Filtered drinking water is available or provided on request.
  • Waste is disposed of per municipal standards.
  • Please report hazardous items (e.g., broken glass) to staff.

8. Food Safety

  • Kitchen practices comply with Pakistan Food Authority regulations.
  • Guests with medical diets can request suitable options.

9. Personal Hygiene

  • Wash or sanitize hands regularly.
  • Avoid sharing personal items.
  • Inform staff promptly if you feel unwell.

10. Guest Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with staff on health & safety matters.
  • Use in-room amenities per hotel guidance.
  • Respect non-smoking rules and shared-area hygiene.
  • Report injuries, hazards or emergencies to reception.

11. Emergencies

  • Emergency exits are marked and maintained.
  • Fire alarms, extinguishers and first-aid kits are available.
  • In fire, earthquake or medical emergency: call Reception, follow instructions, and use designated routes to evacuate if required.
