Capture the feel of shared spaces: lobby/reception in daylight and evening; the lift with doors open to show accessibility; clean, well-lit corridors; a rooftop or relax area (sunset preferred); a Wi-Fi lounge or seating corner; prayer mat & Qibla (on request) shown tastefully; any laundry/ironing support; and a water dispenser or filtered water point.
Parking & Access
Reassure arrival ease: show the entrance/driveway in day and night light, a wide view of guest parking bays, clear building signage “Top of Nadra, Khyber Plaza, Office 208”, the route from parking to the lift/lobby, and— where available—an accessible path suitable for wheelchairs or strollers.
Safety Highlights
Show visible safety features without exposing sensitive details: CCTV in common areas (no monitor feeds), clearly placed smoke alarms and fire extinguishers, legible emergency exit signage, and a stocked first-aid kit at reception to reassure guests before they arrive.
